One of my favorite places to eat! Best food best service. They also stand for American rights and will give discount for veterans and active duty military! My type of business 👍🏽🇺🇸. There cook Guillermo is the best and always whistling in the back while he is cooking. Great breakfast burritos!

Service was friendly and fast. I have not been there in awhile. Their food is always great and Big portions but their prices have gone up considerably!! It's unfortunate since I used to go a fair amount. It will have to be a special occasion place now. I have always loved Janet's Cafe though!

Words cannot even express how much we love this place! We visit Janet's almost every weekend (and so do many others). The food is great and the people that work there are the BEST !!!!!!! They really deserve 6 stars******P.S. - thanks for saving my grandson's lost iPhone last week...kids...

The absolute worse juevos rancheros ever made . Ice cold frejoles . For 11.95 I was hoping for something delicious. And I mean the very worst ever. . The service was great, the food was extremely disappointing

2 fried eggs sunny side up w/ sausage patties and country fried potatoes with English muffins and coffee. Coffee was great. Eggs were small to medium sized, but perfectly prepared. Sausage patties were two small very thin patties and too thin to taste after frying.Country fried potatoes was an adequate portion and were well-prepared.Considering the portion size, would have been a reasonable value at 2/3rd the price. Service was friendly, attentive and very good.

Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious and big portions. I ordered the country style eggs Benedict and my husband had country fried steak. The biscuits were huge!! Cant wait to dive into the chocolate pie we took home.

Very good diner food, but a little over priced for the area and the quality of the food. Still a good choice in a neighborhood mostly consisting of bland chain/fast food places.

What a yummy breakfast, we showed up after breakfast and before theblunch crowed. Food came out fast and ready for the forks. The employees are super friendly and made the experience all the better.I tried the Cinnamon Roll French toast and my date got the Belgian Waffle with Strawberries and Whipped Cream. What a delicious meal. Thanks

Janet's Café is a well run business. The Host has a great personality as do the waitress. Fast service with a smile. The food is out of this world. I love their omelets. Nice to sit outside under an umbrella when the weather is to your liking.

I loved this place! Really comfortable and nice as we walked in. VERY friendly and nice staff. It was busy, for all the good reasons, but service was prompt, attentive and just very nice. Food was very good. I highly recommend this

Biscuits and gravy. Biscuits are big and fluffy, gravy is good. Cold brew coffee is good too. Quiet and good for conversation

I liked the food. The portion sizes were reasonable. The bacon was really crispy, which is a bit more than I like (I like some soft spots).Bisquits and gravy were typical, meaning not much sausage and heavy use of black pepper, though a good flavor and nice bisquits.Hash browns were a disappointment. Crispy/browned yes, but the texture of mashed potatoes on the inside....not really any flavor/seasoning.

Food and service are always VERY good. This was my mom's favorite place for breakfast. Only one gripe, and it's very legitimate: It gets way too warm in there, especially when it's busy. Between that and being kinda cramped inside, it makes what would otherwise be a fantastic place....into somewhere that's not really my first choice anymore. I don't want to be stuffy and sweaty while trying to enjoy a meal. Really wish they would just turn the thermostat down a bit...

If you like down home cooking this is the place. Great service.

I recently came across this diner while traveling for business. The staff was friendly and I was lucky to find a place that was not fast food, serving breakfast at 6am. I ordered the bacon and eggs with pancakes. The breakfast was hot and the food was fresh. The bacon was cooked perfectly, the eggs were a true "over medium" and the pancakes were hot, sweet and fluffy. Overall, a really nice treat. If I'm ever in the area again, I will certainly stop here.

Crowded and hot with tiny tables. If they set their thermostat around 72 it would be way more comfortable. Drive 10 more minutes to the Alpine location for an amazing experience.

This is LITERALLY the NICEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of being served by and the food is absolutely delicious.

Always enjoy our visit to Janet's Cafe. Once through the door we are instantly greeted and seated. Everyone working is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy homelike with country music playing. Dog friendly patio with umbrellas, heaters and a cover for shaded seating. Clean restrooms and floors. Love the extensive breakfast/lunch menu and then the Desserts!!! Wow the Desserts! Janet's is a must visit! Enjoy!

We have been to Janet’s three times in the past couple of months, the food is very good. Meals are large, you won’t go away hungry. I took something home every time we went. The cinnamon bun French toast is very good. Our friend had a burger which he said was great. Sandwiches are very large with lots of filling. This is a great little spot where you may have to wait to get in, but you’ll never leave hungry. We love the breakfast and the staff are great. We hear they have great pies, but we never have room.

Janet has 3 eateries. My favorite is Montana Cafe in Alpine Ca. Her cinnamon roll French Toast can not be topped! Love it!

The staff accommodated us anyway and made us feel so welcome while we waited for a table to open up, and sat us as soon as they could. The food was amazing and everything was so pleasant.

Greeting and waiter were very friendly and helpful. Service was fast and food tasted fresh and great. Justin was our waiter. Very nice and was able to answer all our questions. Definitely will be back!6/7/19 Just got cherry pie ala mode. Slice was huge and homemade ice cream. Really good. Not much room left for dinner though. Was worth it.

Friendly service and yummy food. I ate there 3 times while visiting on holiday. Service was consistent and so was the food. They also leave a coffee carafe on the table, which I greatly appreciated. It is a lovely neighborhood cafe, I could tell there were regulars and that says alot about a business. Spot on Janet's Cafe!

Everything was amazing. The staff, the food, the vibe. It was all really good. The one recommendation I have, is to split a plate with someone if you can. The food was delicious, and I wanted to keep eating. But i was so full. I can’t wait to go back and try more.

Micheala V. was our server and was very attentive and the efficient. The rest of the staff was very friendly and inviting..now to the food. OMG!!!! The food was delicious. It was so good that I forgot to even take a picture of it. The breakfast came out quick and hot. Usually you’d expect a Mom and Pop home style restaurant to be “homey” with dust on the fan blades and stains on the carpet. This place is immaculate. I live 35 minutes away and will surely be coming back for breakfast. First time here , but surely not the last time. Ask for Micheala V or Dustin.....and tell them I sent you. The only CON....is that it was a bit difficult to find via GPS.

Overpriced. My Angus breakfast patty was good but not worth $14.00. Friend's gravy on biscuits was "chalky". Nothing special after all I have heard about Janet's. Service and friendliness was mediocre. Won't be back.
